How can resolve problem 5092 STO overall fault Fault In ABB DCS880 ?

Or function 5090, 5093, FA81, FA82. See safety supplement for
functional safety converter DCS880 (3ADW000452).
It becomes active when any of the following faults is detected in
the STO related circuits:
− 5090 STO hardware fault.
− 5093 Safe off main contactor XSTOMC.
− FA81 Safe torque off 1 loss fault.
− FA82 Safe torque off 2 loss fault.
