7581 fault in ABB DCS880 drive indicates DDCS controller communication. This means cyclical communication between DDCS controller and drive is lost or there is no communication at all.
- Check the status/settings of the DDCS controller.
- Check the adapters between DDCS controller and drive.
- Check the setting of 20.01 Command location.
