7582 fault in ABB DCS880 drive indicates Master-follower communication. This means cyclical communication between master and a follower (DDCS/D2D) is lost or there is no communication at all.

1. Check the AUX code. It indicates which node address on the master-follower link is affected. See 60.02 M/F node address in each drive.
2. Check the setting of 20.01 Command location.
3. Check the settings of group 60 DDCS communication.
4. Check the cable connections.
