Cause : Pre-charge Failure Fault comes when the pre-charge circuit monitoring algorithm detected that the DC bus did not reach a factory set voltage level after charging for a period of time.
• Check AC input voltage on all phases.
• Check input power wiring.
• Replace drive if fault persists.
