Cause : HW OverCurrent comes when the drive output current has exceeded the hardware current limit. "HW OverCurrent" typically refers to a hardware overcurrent fault in drive.

This fault indicates that the drive has detected an overcurrent condition in its hardware components, which could potentially damage the drive or associated equipment if not addressed promptly.

1. Check output of drive or motor for shorts.
2. Check programming.
3. Check for excess load, improper DC boost setting, DC brake volts set too high, or other causes of excess current.
