Cause : HiHp PwrBd PrcEr comes when Power Board Processor Error - a microprocessor on the Power Board has detected a communication error.
1. Check fiber-optic connections between the Power Interface Circuit Board and Voltage Feedback Circuit Board.
2. Check connections between the Main Control Board and the Power Interface Circuit Board.
3. Replace the Voltage Feedback Circuit Board
4. Replace the Power Interface Circuit Board.
5. Replace the Main Control Board.
