Warnings /Alarms 25 Brake resistor short-circuited in VLT Micro Drive FC51 - means comes when Brake resistor is short-circuited, thus the brake function is disconnected.

1. Remove the power to the drive and check the connection of the brake resistor.

2. The brake resistor is monitored during start-up. If a short circuit occurs, the brake function is disabled and the alarm appears. The drive is tripped.
