Cause : Overvoltage comes when the voltage level in the system has exceeded a predetermined threshold. This situation can lead to various issues and potential damage to the drive and connected equipment. 

The DC-link voltage has exceeded the internal safety limit:
• too short a deceleration time
• high overvoltage spikes in mains

Increase the deceleration time
