Cause : Feedback supervision fault (PID1) comes when the PID controller: the feed- back value is not in the supervision limits (P3.13.6.2 and P3.13.6.3) and the delay (P3.13.6.4), if you set the delay.
- Do a check of the process.
- Do a check of the parameter settings, the supervision limits and the delay.
