Cause : Inverter overloaded comes when the electronic thermal inverter protection reports that the VLT® frequency converter is close to cutting out due to overload (current too high for too long). The counter for electronic thermal inverter protection has reached 98% (100% gives trip).
If you're receiving a warning indicating that the inverter is overloaded, it suggests that the power demand or load connected to the inverter exceeds its rated capacity.
- Check Load Conditions: Evaluate the load connected to the inverter. Determine if the load has increased beyond the inverter's rated capacity or if there are any sudden spikes in power demand. Reduce the load if possible to bring it within the inverter's capacity.
- Verify Inverter Parameters: Review the inverter parameters and settings to ensure they are configured correctly for the application and load requirements. Check parameters such as output frequency, voltage, and current limits. Adjust the parameters if necessary to prevent overloading the inverter.
- Current Limit Settings: Check the current limit settings in the inverter. Ensure that the current limit is appropriately set to protect the inverter from overload conditions. Adjust the current limit if necessary to prevent excessive current draw.
