Cause : Current warning low comes when the output current is lower than the value in parameter 212. A "Current Warning Low" in a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) typically indicates that the current being drawn by the motor is below a specified threshold or lower than expected.

  • Check if there are sudden or unexpected changes in the load being driven by the motor. A decrease in load demand can cause the current drawn by the motor to decrease. Ensure that the VFD is appropriately sized for the load requirements.
  • Inspect the driven equipment for any mechanical issues that could cause a decrease in load demand or a reduction in the torque required by the motor. Issues such as jams, blockages, or mechanical failures can cause the current drawn by the motor to decrease unexpectedly.
  • Review the motor parameters and VFD settings to ensure they are configured correctly for the application. Verify that the VFD is programmed to provide the required torque and current for the motor to operate efficiently under normal conditions.
