Cause : Motor overloaded comes when the electronic thermal motor protection, the motor is too hot. The warning only appears if “warning” has been selected in parameter 315.
If you're receiving a warning indicating that the motor is overloaded, it means that the motor is drawing more current than it's designed to handle. This situation can be harmful to the motor and associated equipment if not addressed promptly.
- Check Load Conditions: Assess the load being driven by the motor. Determine if the load has increased beyond the motor's rated capacity or if there are any obstructions causing mechanical overload. Reduce the load if possible to bring it within the motor's capacity.
- Verify Motor Parameters: Review the motor parameters and settings in the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) or motor controller. Ensure that they are correctly configured for the application and load requirements. Adjust parameters such as acceleration, deceleration, and maximum current limits as necessary.
