Cause : Inrush Supply comes when a supply voltage on the inrush card is out of range. See the bit field result report value for more details. • Bit 2: Vcc high. • Bit 3: Vcc low. • Bit 4: Vdd high. • Bit 5: Vdd low.

"Inrush supply" typically refers to the initial surge of current that flows into an electrical device when it is first energized or turned on. This surge of current, known as inrush current, can be several times higher than the device's steady-state or operating current and occurs due to the charging of capacitors, magnetization of transformers, and other factors associated with the startup process.
