Cause : Mixing fan fault comes when fan monitor checks that the fan is spinning at frequency converter power-up or whenever the mixing fan is turned on.

1. If the fan is not operating, then the fault is annunciated.
2. The mixing-fan fault can be configured as a warning or an alarm trip by 14-53 Fan Monitor.
3. Cycle power to the frequency converter to determine if the warning/alarm returns.
