Danfoss VLT FC360 drive fault codes explained. Easy-to-understand guide for diagnosing and fixing common drive faults. Improve equipment uptime.

Below list show Danfoss VLT FC360 drive fault codes:

  • Warning /Alarm 2 in danfoss VLT FC360 drive indicates Live zero error. This warning or alarm only appears if programmed in parameter 6-01 Live Zero Timeout Function.
  • Warning /Alarm 9 in danfoss VLT FC360 drive indicates Inverter overloaded. The drive has run with more than 100% overload for too long and is about to cut out
  • Warning /Alarm 8 in danfoss VLT FC360 drive indicates DC undervoltage. This means the DC-link voltage drops below the undervoltage limit.
  • Warning 7 in danfoss VLT FC360 drive indicates DC overvoltage. This means the DC-link voltage exceeds the limit, the drive trips after a certain time.

  • Warning /Alarm 35 in danfoss VLT FC360 drive indicates Option fault. This means an option alarm is received. The alarm is option specific. The most likely cause is a power-up or a communication fault.
