Warning /Alarm 40 in danfoss VLT FC360 drive : Overload T27 - Overload of digital output terminal 27 - comes when hardware issue in digital output or over load at terminal.
1. Check the load connected to terminal 27 or remove the short-circuit connection.
2. Check parameter 5-00 Digital I/O Mode and parameter 5-01 Terminal 27 Mode.
