This fault applies to the PSM 510, DAM 510, and ACM 510 due to grounding fault or when 2 PSM510 modules are mounted in parallel and the maximum delay time for power-up is exceeded.
- Check for proper grounding and loose connections.
- Check the hybrid cables for short circuits or leakage currents.
- Check the EXM 510 connection and cable.
