Cause : Live zero error comes when the voltage or current signal on terminal 53 or 60 is below 50% of the preset value in parameter 309 or 315 Terminal, min. scaling. Broken wiring or faulty device sending the signal can cause this condition.

• Check connections on all the analog input terminals.
• Check that the frequency converter programming and switch settings match the analog signal type.
• Perform an input terminal signal test.
