How can resolve problem PHL Phase loss warning in delta C200 series drive ?

Cause : Phase loss of the input power. Verify wiring of the main circuit.
Check if the input cable of 3-phase power is broken. Make sure the wiring is correct.
Check input supply if input supply is ok then check rectifier using multimeter.
