How can resolve problem GFF Ground fault in delta C2000 series drive ?

Ground fault (GFF)
When (one of) the output terminal(s) is grounded, short circuit current is larger than Pr.06-60 setting value, and the detection time is longer than Pr.06-61 time setting, GFF occurs.
NOTE: the short circuit protection is provided for AC motor drive protection, not to protect the user.
Short circuit due to broken cable -
Troubleshoot the short circuit.
Replace the cable.
Check drive rectifier & IGBT using multimeter.
Check wiring.
Check drive hardware using multimeter.
