How can resolve problem Hd0 fault in delta C2000 series drive ?

cc hardware failure (Hd0)
cc (current clamp) hardware protection error when power is ON
Check drive rectifier & IGBT using multimeter.
Check wiring.
Check drive hardware using multimeter.
