Cause : V-phase error comes when the drive is detecting an abnormality in the current flowing through the V phase of the motor.

The cd2 fault in delta drive indicates a V-phase current fault. This means the drive is detecting an abnormality in the current flowing through the V phase of the motor connected to the drive. 

1. Cycle the power.
2. Check drive IGBT using multimeter.
