Cause : Over-current during acceleration comes when the motor's current has exceeded a specific limit during the acceleration phase when the drive is trying to increase the motor speed.
The ocA fault in Delta drive indicate an Over-current during Acceleration condition. This means the output current from the drive to the motor has exceeded a specific limit during the acceleration phase.
- Increase the acceleration time.
- Increase the acceleration time of S-curve.
- Set auto-acceleration and auto-deceleration parameter.
- Set over-current stall prevention function.
- Replace the drive with a larger capacity model.
