Cause : Over torque 1 comes when the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period.
The ot1 fault in delta drive indicates an over-torque condition. This means the output current exceeds the over-torque detection level and exceeds over-torque detection time.
- Reduce the load.
- Replace the motor with a larger capacity model.
- Increase the setting values for (accel./decel. time).
- Adjust the torque compensation until the current reduces and the motor does no stall.
