Cause : Over-torque 1 comes when the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period. Essentially, the motor is trying to produce more torque (rotational force) than the drive is configured to allow.

The ot1 warning in Delta drive indicates an over-torque condition. This means the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period.

  1. Decrease the loading.
  2. Decrease the loading during low-speed operation.
  3. Correct the parameter settings for speed tracking.
