Cause : Over-torque comes when the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period. Essentially, the motor is trying to produce more torque (rotational force) than the drive is configured to allow.

The ot2 warning in Delta drive indicates an over-torque condition. This means the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period.

  1. Decrease the loading.
  2. Increase the setting values for accel./ decel. time.
