Cause : Over-voltage during acceleration comes when the output voltage from the drive to the motor has exceeded a specific limit during the acceleration phase.
The ovA efault in Delta drive indicates an Over-voltage during Acceleration condition. This means the DC bus voltage is higher than the level.
- Decrease the acceleration time.
- Use a braking unit or DC bus.
- Check if the input voltage is within the rated AC motor drive input voltage range, and check for possible voltage spikes.
- The setting for the stall prevention level should be larger than no-load current.
