How can resolve problem b4GFF fault in delta MH300 drive ?

GFF occurs before running (b4GFF)
The ground short circuitdetected when output
wiring detection is performed before the drive runs.
Check if the motor’s internal wiring and the UVW wiring of the drive output
terminal are correct.
Check drive IGBT using multimeter & IGBT driving circuit using multimeter.
