How can resolve problem EF1 fault in delta MH300 drive ?

Emergency stop (EF1)
When the contact of MIx = EF1 is ON, the output stops immediately and display s EF1 on the keypad. The motor is in free running.
MIx=EF1 and the MI terminal is ON
Manual reset only after the external fault is cleared (terminal status is recovered)
