How can resolve problem occ fault in delta MH300 drive ?

IGBT short circuit between upper bridge and lower bridge (occ)
Short-circuit is detected between upper bridge and lower bridge of the IGBT module
Check the motor wiring. Cycle the power, if occ still occurs, check drive IGBT using multimeter.
