Output phase loss (OPHL)

Check if the wiring is incorrect - Check the cable. Replace the cable.

Check if the drive capacity is larger than the motor capacity - Choose the drive that matches the motor capacity.

0: Warn and continue operation
1: Fault and ramp to stop
2: Fault and coast to stop
3: No warning

This fault also comes when your motor rating is small as compare to drive and run drive without motor.
