IGBT temperature detection failure (tH1o)
IGBT hardware failure in temperature detection
NTC broken or wiring failure
When the IGBT temperature is higher than theprotection level, and detection time exceeds 100 ms, the tH1o protection activates.
Wait for 10 minutes, and then cycle the power. Check if tH1o protection
still exists. If yes, check drive hardware.
