How can resolve problem tH2o fault in delta MH300 drive ?

Capacitor hardware fault (tH2o)
Hardware failure in capacitor temperature detection.
NTC broken or wiring failure.
When the IGBTtemperature is higher than theprotection level, and
detection time exceeds 100ms, the tH2o protection occurs.
Wait for 10 minutes, and then cycle the power. Check if tH2o protection
still occurs. If yes, check drive hardware.
