How can resolve problem CE1/CE2/CE3/CE4/CE10 warning in delta MS300 drive ?

Communication error
These fault related to communication check communication parameter & communication cable.
RS-485 Modbus illegal function code
Warning” occurs when Pr.09-02=0 and the motor drive keeps running. The drive
resets automatically when receiving the correct function code.
Check if the communication command is correct.
