Cause : Deviation Warning comes when the motor speed has exceeded the programmed speed limit by a certain percentage. This fault comes when improper parameter setting for the slip error or mechanical brake is not released.

1. Reset proper value for Pr.10-13 and Pr.10-14.
2. Reset ASR parameters. Set proper accel./ decel. time.
3. Reset proper accel./ decel. time.
4. Remove the causes of motor locked.
5. Check the action timing of the system.
