Cause : ExCom inner error comes when a problem with storing parameters or settings in the drive's internal memory. This can be caused by various factors, such as memory corruption, hardware faults, or firmware issues.

1. Verify the wiring of the control circuit, and the wiring/grounding of the main circuit to prevent interference.
2. Reset to the default value and check if the error still exists. If yes, replace the communication card.
