Cause : ExCom configuration data error comes when a problem with the Generic Station Description (GSD) file used for configuring and integrating the Delta MS300 VFD into a Profibus or Profinet network.

This fault indicate profibus configuration data error due to incorrect GSD file. The GSD file contains important information about the device's communication capabilities and parameters. 

• Get the correct GSD file from the software.
