How can resolve problem EF1 fault in delta MS300 drive ?

Emergency stop
When the contact of MIx=EF1 is ON, the output stops
immediately and displays EF1 on the keypad. The
motor is in free running.
MIx=EF1 and the MI terminal is ON
Verify if the system is back to normal condition, and then press “RESET” key to
go back to the default.
