The oH3 error code on your Delta MS300 drive indicates a Motor overheating condition. This means the drive has detected that the motor temperature has exceeded a safe operating limit.

1. Reduce the load.
2. Increase the motor capacity.
3. Check the cooling system to make it work normally.
4. Increase the setting values for Pr.01-12–01-19 (accel./decel. time).
5. Reset to the correct motor rated current.
