Cause : Over-torque 1 comes when the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period. Essentially, the motor is trying to produce more torque (rotational force) than the drive is configured to allow.
The ot1 error code on your Delta MS300 drive indicates an over-torque condition. This means the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period.
- Configure the settings for Pr.06-07 and Pr.06-08 again.
- Decrease the loading.
- Decrease the loading during low-speed operation.
- Correct the parameter settings for speed tracking.
