Cause : Over-torque comes when the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period. Essentially, the motor is trying to produce more torque (rotational force) than the drive is configured to allow.

The ot2 error code on your Delta MS300 drive indicates an over-torque condition. This means the motor connected to the drive has exceeded the set torque limit for a certain period.

  1. When the output current < Pr.06-10, the Ot2 warning automatically clears.
  2. When the output current < Pr.06-10, the Ot2 warning automatically clears.
  3. Configure the settings for Pr.06-10 and Pr.06-11.
  4. Decrease the loading.
  5. Increase the setting values for Pr.01-12–01-19 (accel./ decel. time).
