Cause : Over-torque 3 comes when the output current exceeds the over-torque detection level and exceeds over-torque detection time then this fault displays.

The fault ot3 in Delta MS300 drive indicates an over-torque 3 fault. This means the motor connected to the drive has exceeded its set torque limit for a certain period.

  1. Reduce the load.
  2. Replace the motor with a larger capacity model.
  3. Increase the setting for Pr.01-12–Pr.01-19 (accel./ decel. time).
  4. Adjust the torque compensation (refer to Pr.07-73 torque compensation gain).
