Cause : PID feedback error comes when an issue with the signal coming from the sensor used for PID control. This signal is crucial for the drive to determine the actual process variable (e.g., temperature, pressure) and adjust the motor output accordingly.
- When the analog input is lower than 4 mA (only detects analog input 4–20 mA).
- Warning occurs when Pr.08-09=0 or 3. The Warning automatically clears when the feedback signal is larger than 4 mA.
- Error occurs when Pr.08-09=1 or 2. You must reset manually.
- Loose or broken PID feedback wiring then tighten the terminals again. Replace with a new cable.
- Feedback device malfunction. Replace with a new feedback device.
