Cause : Over voltage comes when the voltage of the main circuit is higher than the standard voltage. The power supply connected to the drive may be providing a higher voltage than the rated voltage of the drive.
AL002 alarm in delta ASDA-A2 servo drive indicates Over voltage condition. This means the voltage supplied to the drive exceeds the permissible limit.
- Check the connections for the regenerative resistor.
- Use the voltmeter to see if the input voltage of the main circuit is within the rated allowable voltage value.
- Check the voltage rating of the power supply and ensure it matches the rated voltage of the drive.
- Check the drive parameters related to voltage limits and protection settings.
