Cause : Overload comes when the load is over the rated range and the servo drive is in a persistent overload condition. The setting of the control system parameter is inappropriate.

AL006 alarm in delta servo drive indicates Overload condition. This means the motor is experiencing excessive load, exceeding its rated capacity.

1. Check if there is any mechanical vibration.
2. Inspect the mechanical system for any obstructions, binding, or excessive friction.
3. Ensure that the motor is properly sized for the application.
