Cause : Overspeed comes when the difference between the command speed and the feedback speed exceeds the allowable range set by P2-34.

AL007 alarm in delta ASDA-A2 servo drive indicates Overspeed. This means the actual speed of the motor exceeds the maximum allowable speed set in the drive parameters.

  1. Use the scope to check if the signal of analog voltage is abnormal.
  2. Verify that the speed command sent to the drive is within the allowable range.
  3. Check the maximum speed limit and acceleration/deceleration rates.
  4. Check for any mechanical obstructions or binding that may be causing the motor to accelerate excessively.
  5. Use a tachometer or other monitoring tools to measure the actual speed of the motor.
