Cause : IGBT Overheat comes when the load is over the rated range and the servo drive is in a persistent overload condition. The temperature of IGBT is too high.

AL016 alarm in delta ASDA-A2 servo drive indicates IGBT Overheat. This means the Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module within the drive has exceeded its maximum safe operating temperature.

1. Check if it is overloading or the motor current is too high.
2. Check the drive output wiring.
3. Increase the motor capacity or reduce the load.
