AL027 alarm in delta servo drive indicates the internal of the motor is in error. This means the internal reset of the encoder is in error.
- Check if the encoder cable is firmly connected.
- Check if the power supply for the encoder is stable.
- Check if the operation temperature is over 95°C (203°F).
