How can resolve problem oPHL warning/fault in delta VFD E series drive ?

Warning on output phase loss
Set Pr06-13=0, when one of the phases of the motor drive doesn’t do any output, a oPHL warning message will be displayed. Verify if anything wrong on UVW output signal.
Check drive rectifier & IGBT using multimeter.
Check wiring.
Check drive hardware using multimeter.
