I have a Powermatic 3520B lathe that stopped running. The inverter on this lathe is a VDF015S21A. The display on the back of the inverter is not on. The manual says to check if non-fuse breaker and magnetic contactor are ON. How do I get access to non-fuse breaker and magnetic contactor?

do one thing check input supply of drive terminal, there are two possibilities one is input supply not coming or hardware issue in drive.
So check input supply at drive terminal if supply coming then hardware issue in drive
